any1 else have probs with having intercooler and internet at the same time? i put on a new intercooler and my internet stoppped workin, when i toook it off, my internet worked again, wth is wrong with that? i have a 20gb from a year ago so, any1 have same prob with me b4?

I wouldn't use an intercooler as it can screw up the airflow and overwork the fans resulting in hardware failures. However that is some really weird stuff.

Yeah and it cools down perfectly on my end. it's well ventilated and the back doesn't even get near warm anymore. room temp' all over the PS3. so i don't see the need for intercoolers. also they do break down the system. but i just let people find out on their own.. after the warranty has expired, it's even funnier

That is just cruel :P After doing tech support I just feel the need to mention something when I see something that can potentially break something. I r teh crazi

I think those coolers should be banned from being sold for the PS3 because they are the biggest joke on the market. As for the other systems well I really don't think the cooler is enough to keep things from overheating.

I just have a fan blowing near my PS3, and it blows all the hot air away. It is good enough and I have not had any problems with my PS3 yet.
