Are there any websites that I can watch video on straight from my PSP, without having to download anything like flash.

nope its impossible to watch videos from sites like Youtube. The PSP only supports flash 6 because the source for flash 6 was realeased for developers to compile for the psp and no source was realeased for flash 7 (which you need to watch videos) for PSP. but there is a program that allows you to watch youtube videos but u need a homebrew enabled psp you cant talk about it here so google it.

The PSP does NOT support streaming videos. It also doesn't support most video formats....just SP/AVC mp4.

I was watching youtube and **.mpg movies via remote play through my PS3 on my psp. My psp does not recognize the same move **.mpg files on memory stick however. Is it not playable?

Nope; PSP natively supports only MP4

They didn't say it required homebrew, just sites people don't know about.
