Ipod, PS3 problem.

When I plug my ipod into my Ps3 it wont recognise any of the songs that are on it. Can someone tell me what the problem is?

I'm not sure of the exact steps but you have to open the ipod for a separate file.

Try pressing the triangle button for the option to open it. Also, the PS3 will show the songs but not the song names.

unless your songs are stored on the alloted hard drive space from when you enable disk use.....the ps3 cannot read them.....because when you put songs on the pod to play itunes formats them and puts them in a hidden folder so that either itunes or the actual ipod can read them
