Why cant you accept other peoples opinion? If you dont like what gamespt think go to a site that better matches what you think. Im also a ps3 owner and so far I think Gamespot has been correct. The PS3 in its current shape is worse than the 360. Live with it.

They need to spend less time writing articles with information sourced from their butt and maybe get us more news faster so we can actually use this site for more than the forums.emitsu97AMEN I come to GS for the forums, got to IGN and Kotaku for the news, unfortunate....

i think that we should care because we are a part of this site but that last article is really affecting me because it isn't fair. Why can't things just be fair on this site? Why? Some people who work at gamespot aren't really people, they just want to make our lives (ps3 owners) miserable and I don't like it. Even if they are 360 fanboys why can't things still be equal? Is it that hard to leave the 360 out of a PS3 game you play for a couple hours? All I see in some PS3 reviews are "looks a bit better on 360" "360 version looks and plays better" but why do they have to do that? Does anyone else feel the same as me?coldkill19
That last article is actually Gamespot's desire for the PS3 to be great. Some people (like you) are reading it as "The PS3 is not worth buying". Read it carefully, it says "10 things that would make the PS3 worth buying". There is nothing against the PS3 there. It is just GS hoping that Sony will make things better, just like all of us in here are hoping as well.

i think he speaks of it.. cause if the article read.. it shows alot of cons towards the ps3.. and more speculation to it's pros..microsoft owns cnet, cnet owns gamespot, therefore microsoft owns gamespot.ultima-flareWhat?? Microsoft does not own CNET. This thread is full of retarded.

I usually defend GS with topics concerning GS and their bias, but this latest article has thrown me off somewhat. Mainly because most of the stuff in there is misinformed and pure bs.

Why would you be upset? If you don't complain about things that need improvement, SONY is never gonna budge. Have ya noticed since all the commotion of controller Vibration, Cost, Online, and More games. What happened, Sony finally responded and all these issues are being handled. Both Microsoft and Sony made a bunch of promises so keep throwing it in their face, I call it Progress. Enjoy what you have but don't close the door on options that will or may attract other gamers. And then there is those with opinion, so be it!

Yeah, it's one of the services GS offers to it's users. It's a mini-game called Posting Roulette.

This whole deal is bogus, I just read an article yesterday or Friday on Gamespot about how the PS3 is finally starting to evolve & that it will win this next gen war, funny how nobody mentions it, could it be cuz it would shoot down all this bias crap?RaptorVenomWhich article? No such article exists.
I don't normally get involved in these arguements, but right now I really do have some issues with Gamespot. The ceiling for all three (360/Wii/PS3) should be the same...but it's not. PS3 titles and features are dragged through the mud with the editors conviently forget about 360 issues this time last year and give Wii a free pass on their blatant inability to produce their system.
When I see balanced coverage maybe then GS can recover some of their journalistic integrity.
I really thought the editors here were journalists, but I'm having second thoughts. Journalists try to avoid soft articles like this one. I have a feeling they're just appealing to their demographic though: the brainless Xbox360 fanboy.Zeke129Quite the contrary, my friend. Journalists may try to be impartial, but if it were impartial it wouldn't have to go through editors before it got to us. Reporters are impartial, journalists are edited. Journalism is always filtered through someone's opinion.
