is anyone gunna get resistance 2

I loved the first and im gunna get the new one even if i have to beat an old lady with a stick

i didnt like the first so much, i dont know why, i finished it and just never enjoyed it, too bland i guess.

multiplayer grew on me but i prefer cod 3s multiplayer.

Anyways, to the TC, a more appropriate question would be "Who is NOT getting Resistance 2?" So us forum-users can filter out the silly trolls and haters accordingly and flame them. :)

I would rather go down a water slide, lined with razors, and land in a pool of salt water and iodine than play resistance 2!

I cant remember, did the first one have a split screen lan function. Like 4 ps3s in a lan with 4 people on a tv. I thought COD4 did but I was wrong.

yeh same here i was gunna have a mad lan party untill i relised that you could only have one person per ps3. i also want a good game with splitscreen online.

oh and i will be getting R2, I just cant get enough of co-op!

Why would you ask if ANYONEis going to get it? OF COURSE PEOPLE ARE GOING TO GET IT! This game was a must buy in most of our minds since 06.

And, from what I've seen, there's no way in hell it's going to be able to compete with Resistance 2, which offers everything Haze does and more. R2 is in my top 4 most anticipated titles this year for the PS3.

Well, of course.

I consider Resistance to be the best launch game since Combat, for the Atari2600, and I believe R2 will be leaps and bounds better.

And I REALLY hope there's a sprint button...

I thought the first one was pretty dry.. The graphics weren't all that get and the gameplay itself did notihign for me..

If they make drastic changes to it, I'll consider picking it up, but it really wasn't anything spectacular by any means. I guess yall that it was good because at that point, there was nothing else. imo

I wasn't impressed with Resistance, so I'm NOT getting Resistance 2, waste of my time. Games I play are Devil May Cry 4 (any Devil May Cry games, but 4 at the moment), Guitar Hero 3, and I'm currently looking forward to a Saw V to come out this year. Not old enough to see it...in cinema. PS3 games are all on 360, so I'm getting a 360 Elite for other games like Gears of War, but PS3 doesn't do it all for me.ClassicPlayer
