[QUOTE="clyde46"]yep, EA canned it. Its on the pc and 360 only now.Mcgnnis1
You serious? Man that sucks..any idea that why its not coming on PS3?
No idea man. I remember EA saying something about the PS3 being a good console to develop RTS genre games and then they were like, "Psych, **** you, no more PS3 version."
PS3 fans are really getting it this gen! oh well I've never been a fan of rts on console's anyway but still whats with all the games getting canned or thrown 2 the 360 this sucks. Where are all the good PS3 exclusives! except for mgs resistance and a couple others.
I dont get why developers would cancel so many games for PS3, and keep them for 360 when Ps3 is by far the superior console. If there was any justice, 360 would be getting all the crappy ports, and PS3 would get the attention it deserves from devs.........hillelslovakPS3 isn't by far the superior console. It's also more difficult to develop for than the 360, because the 360 in structure is very similar to the PC. If devs just made games for the more powerful machine, you would see every new game on the PC, with consoles maybe getting some bad ports.
Who cares? No one should ever play an RTS on a console (Endwar maybe the exception). Always get it on PC.pyromaniac223
I got into the beta and just found out I can't even run the damn game. I assumed it would be the same requirements as C&C 3.
The PS3 is a great comsole for RTS games. Full mouse and keyboard support, a hard drive if you want mods and so on. I was never for RTS games "back then" when it was just a controller. But things are different now.
I bought an Xbox to enjoy some JRPGS lol Tales of Vesperia is amazing! It is a travesity that this game is not on PS3.
