is Demons Souls online still active?

hey evryone

i have ordered Demons Souls and i am a bit worried, by many comments on here it sounds like the online is no longer active

comments have said it is hard to get a game etc

but the online on it is suupposed to be awesome so am i missing out when i get it?

As far as I know, it's still active. I doubt you'll find many players though.

if the game relys on multiplayer why would they cancel it?

It doesn't rely on multiplayer, it's just a nice feature to have when you're having trouble defeating a boss.

I was wondering this too. I've been on the fence FOREVER about picking this game up simply because of how hard it's supposed to be, but it could be a lot of fun online!

I havent gone online in about 1 1/2 months, but it didnt take me very long to find someone. The servers are supposed to go down sometime in October I think.

Also I would recommend staying at SL 120-125 for your characters bcuz this is where most ppl PvP. I would gladly exchange PSN ID's to help you get started but my 80G just died :cry:

While that is the agreed upon spot for the veterans of the game, Ive found much more activity at the lower levels (less than sl 60 is always poppin).

My god get it now! It's only $20 new.

Tthere is plenty of people still playing online...it's not like you can go into a lobby and see who's playing but when you play online theres always someones ghost who will run out infront of you at the worst moment to scare the jebus out of u....great game...!

Also, it's not anywhere near as hard as all the reviews make it out to be. If you have no patience and are used to runnin and gunnin then you it will be hard but if you take the time to learn it's not that bad at all.
