i spent about 5 hours on this game, and i havent touched it since i got real bored real fast the random encounters kept pissing me off and the story just didnt really draw me in though it had some cool parts
there really is nothing great about the game.....i got it for 20 bucks and i thought it was okay.....the battle sytem wasn't too bad and if you want to play a jrpg on the ps3 then this is what your looking for...
ps if you come into the game expecting that it will be great you will surely be disapointed....but if come into it thinking that the game sucks, then i think you will like it a little more and you might be able to laugh of some of the flaws...
It's not as bad as people would have you believe. It's very average, but it will fill the void. I put about 13 hours into it before I got bored of it :) The main character's arm is pretty cool.
It's a decent, if unexciting traditional RPG, it def picks up after the school prologue...when a certain character (you'll see) goes away, story is okay, game play is fun if you like traditional turn based with full random encounters, which I do! But yeah, it fills a void for sure, but, like I said, it's not chrono cross or something.
I'll put it this way: Out of all the RPG's I've played in my gaming life(and I've played my share), Enchanted Arms is the only one I didn't finish. That should tell you enough.
