For those who've played both the GBA version and now the PSP one. Is the PSP FFT a whole lot better?
I've only played FFT Advance and I seriously loved it. Is War of Lions as long and great as FFT Advance?

Not sure what you mean by "better" so I'll just cover a few bases.
Jobs/skills are similar for both games.
The story in FFTA was utter tripe from the moment they introduced the "magical book". The one in FFWotL... well, it has a story for starters, and it's much more mature.
As for dialogue, FFWotL wins hands down (FF12-esque).
As for graphical fidelity, FFTA is bright and vibrant -- very fitting, yet FFWotL is darker and more washed out -- also well suited to its darker story.
As for gameplay, FFTA has fasterbattles whereas battles in FFWotL are longer and more drawn out. Difficulty is noticeably harder in FFWotL.
As for sound, I prefer FFTA. That's not to say it's good either, but I really don't like the sounds in FFWotL -- from the death screams (like a high pitched "waaah!") to the ambient sounds, through the phase switching sound, they're really quite bad and lacks clarity. Of course, this is subject to personal preference, as is the entirety of this post.
FFT is a WHOLE lot harder than FFTA. Even if you played FFTA, it's still a pretty steep learning curve to play FFT good.WSGRandomPersonThat's the problem I'm having. That, and the horrible camera.
The problem with FFTA is that its just a tad too repetitive. The good part about it is that its ultra portable on a GB micro. It is a decent game though.
FFT war of the lions is a solid game, and the graphics rock. I think it also may be a nostalgia thing for us old tymers.
