Ok yeah, developer of Timesplitters. Sounds awesome.

I've been watching gameplay vids over and over and this game doesn't look like it's as awful as everyone makes it out to be.

Is this game underrated? Any honest gamer opinions out there. I'd like to know if it's truly this awful before I purchase/rent it.

yes, it's really really better than what people make it out to be, if you want fun get it, If you want bad AL and crapy voice acting, dont get it,

i liked it alot, it was a good change of pace from cod4 and i liked the multiplayer alot. if you are one for campaigns then you might be dissappointed it is a little short

Its an average shooter at best with a decent story. It definitely qualifies in the rental category. If you don't have high expectations and play it for what it is, you should have fun. I rented it from Gamefly and am enjoying it.

I actually like it. It's much better than the Quake that was just released. HAZE has good online play and the single player is fast paced. I bought it and have played it tons lately. The demo was of the first mission, for some reason. It gets much better and faster.

Why are there so many "Is Haze good?" topics around:?? Play the demo yourself and decided if it is your type of game. I think its a complete let-down considering it was delays numerous times.

I disagree with most of you.

I think that the Nectar idea was a good one, and it could be very promising for a (much better executed) sequel.

The AI was a bit poor, but just remember, all reviews are opinions!

Some people might give it 10/10, others would give it 3/10.

I thought the story line was a little short but the online is fun its a pretty good game... better that a lot of people give it credit for... I think b4 it came out everyone got to excited about it then when it was released they felt let down

Its sad that everyone asks questions like this over and over again. The same thing happened with Lair. Everybody waits so long for a great exclusive ps3 game, but then it bombs and we have to start waiting all over again. But then as time passes, people still ask wether such and such game is "really that bad" . YES, It IS. It was bad then and its bad NOW. God, we will be getting the same question a year from now. Sorry...i will just take a deep breath....breath in, breath out. All better now.

Haze is a solid shooter and not as terrible as Turok, Blacksite, or Timeshift. It is a decent to good game. If you play it on hard with friends in coop then it is entertaining. The dialogue is horrible though and there are some glitches but i have enjoyed it. Unlike most reviewers I disagree with the statement that rebels are uninteresting compared to Mantel troopers. Mantel bores me and being a rebel takes more strategy

I've been playing this game for about 6 hours now and this game is really not that bad. I read some reviews that said they don't like playing as the promise hand I find it more enjoyable watching the soldiers kill each other:D when I use nectar grenades. The game is fun its not worth 59.99 maybe 39.99, 29.99 for sure or just a rental I give the game an 8 so far its cool.
