Is it just me or is Demons' Souls > Dark Souls in terms of graphics?

Idk about you guys but going back to Demons' Souls after about 15+ hours of Dark souls, Demons just looks smoother.

I mean really, if you look at Dark the NPC's faces look so dull and sooo blocky compared to Demons.

Also, the worlds seem more dull than Demons.

I'm not hating, i'm just saying that I think Dark Souls kinda looks uglier compared to demons Souls? Don't include the lighting and animations though..

What do you guys think?

Demon's Souls is a much more polished experience. Less buggy too. The clipping issue really hurts my enjoyment of Dark.

Both dont really look anything special, but I dont care as it doesnt stop them from both being the best games I have ever played. And ive been playing games for about 20 years!

If you liked Dark Souls, you'll LOVE Demon's Souls.

No Dark Souls definitely looks better, apart from when the frame rate drops.

Not necessarily. I liked Demon Souls but I loved Dark Souls.

Yes but if you buy it too late the servers might be down. :( The whole dedicated servers for demons souls is one of the things I miss..

I think they're pretty equal, but Demon's had a better framerate.

Demon's Souls runs a lot smoother, but as far as pure graphics go I think I have to go with Dark Souls.

I think from a pure graphical standpoint Dark Souls is better. Much better lighting and the texture resolution is higher.

However Demon's Souls was a much more polished experience. It benefitted from a richer atmosphere. Since the worlds were smaller, they were more intricately designed than Dark Souls which, at times, felt very empty. Demon's Souls also had a much smoother framerate and the combat felt more responsive; unfortunately Dark Souls feels the slightest bit input laggy.

I still like Dark Souls more though for the overall size of the world, its scale and all it offers to the player. Of course I love both games!
