ok now im not trying to tick some of you heavenly sword lovers but it just seems like its a really BAD impersenation of God Of War, i mean come on ancient times??, button mini games??, sexy women??, special swords

am i the only one who thinks this?

Lol, wasn't GoW made by both SCEA and SCEE whereas HS was made by SCEE and Ninja Theory?

i first wanna say i AM NOT a ps3 owner therefore i cant play the demo, but ive been looking at heavenly sword for like a month and it has that same feel as gowSaintsRowSam

i can say games like gears and saints row suck(even though i dont entirelythink that) but that doesnt mean they do suck. (example gears of war i mean come on grey cities, shooting fighting bugs,a prison guard withbigarmy covering thier body but yet can be cut right through with chainsaws with ease, wierd looking guns?it looks like abadcopy of halo with a cover system)so how could you say a game is bad when you dont even have or played itlet aloneif you didnt even try the demo. no offense but you sound really dumb. but since your opinion ongod of war 2 was a 7.0 i guess you might not really be into action adventure games that are of that kind. im not trying to offend you in anywayim just saying that you cant judge a game by just watching videos you actually have to play the game to get the feel for it to see if you like this or that game or hate it.thats why they have demos in the first place

huh? (don't play that card), anyway, I think a lot of previews/reviews have said that HS and GOW are two completely different games.

Yeah heavenly sword definitly borrows elements for god of war.

But you can always make a parallel to games of the same genre you could say god of war borrows aspects of devil may cry or ninja gaiden.

You could say RFOM borrows aspects from half life and halo, you could say forza 1 borrowed from gt, you could say gt 5 borrowed from forza 2.

This could go on for ever.

But really if your going to borrow from a game in the action ad genre then gow is a good game to borrow from.

The guy that said gow had allot of exploration and platforming, and HS concentrates on combos and combat your right.

Although i would have loved HS combot and gow style platforming in heavenly sword that would have made it an amazing game, i still think it's going to be awesome but those platforming bits would have added deeply to the expierence and helped with puzzles and also breaking up the combat to give it a better pace, and if it had those things i could see HS being one of the best action adventure games ever, but i think its going to fall short of the likes of gow and ninja gaiden which really is not a bad thing, a 9.0 is just falling short of those games.

Im really looking forward to Heavenly Sword, it has an excellent combat system allot better than gow combat.

No allot of people have said they are quite similar, but do well a different aspects, it's obvious the games are similar.

For sure there definitly not 2 completly different games.

funny how they use the little locust holes once u down 4 locust 4 more come out

guess 360 couldn't process all that plus with there heavy texturing

Yea TC I think its just u. I dont think any one cares, it will keep people busy till GOW 3 comes out.
