No, they're better on the PS2. PS2 games on PS3 don't look that great so you're better off playing them on a PS2 graphic wise.

Well compared to next gen system SA is not that great looking. To be honest I never thought SA was good looking in geniral especialy the character models.

San Andreas didn't have the graphics per se, anyway. There's too much of the world to have space for better graphics really. And after playing a PS3 game, PS2 graphics don't look as good anyway.

In the PS Store there is a thing i believe called "System Data" which will make your ps2 games look a little better.

yes the ps2 had quite nasty graphics, however you never notice until you play something better. an example would be when i played NHL 2k7 at my friends house one the ps2 which was completly horrible compared to the ps3 and 360 versions. i almost got up and went to my house to get my 360 because it looked so bad.

It depends on the TV you're using. LCD tv will make ps2 games look bad.

It happens every generation. When you got a PS2, PS1 games looked like crap in comparison. It is a little different with the PS3 though. Especially if you play on an HDTV. PS3 games have a higher resolution. PS1 and PS2 games for the most part had the same resolution.

It's niether. PS2 has games with fantastic graphics and (due to a recent update) PS2 games look the same on PS3 as they did on PS2. GTA:SA wasn't ever a great looking game to begin with. I mean the graphical updates mentioned prior to the release of that game were motion blur if you drive really fast, and reflections on the cars. Play a game like God of War, Metal Gear Solid 3, Tekken 5, or Soul Calibur III if you wanna see the best of last generation's graphics.

The Graphics I think are Alright on PS3 with no HDMI Cable, It Would be better with an HDMI cable put I Can't play in HDMI because i only have one HDMI slot in Back of my TV. And it cost over 200$ to Get another slot with 2 other HDMI cables... It's a Big Hasell.
