Is it too late to buy Killzone 2?

Since KZ 3 is coming out I wanna know if it's still worth it.

And is the online still alive?

OR would you recommend another *cheap* FPS game?

Depends on what you search. IMO KZ2 had one of the best SP experience of any FPS around, but if you're aiming for MP, there are some better choices around, like BFBC2 or COD:MW2

Yes online is active, not like 100,000's like mw2 or bfbc2 but it's fun. And Single player is alright.

Well, I'm kind of looking for a full package. (SP, MP) And I want a FPS game with a different feel. Sooo yeah..

Nope, and even if the MP wasnt that busy the campaign is friggin amazing

Its easily one of my favorite games, and my all time favorite FPS (granted I havent played many)

Dude what are you waiting for, go out and buy it now. Its still the best looking game out there right now in my opinion. And the multiplayer is pretty frickin good too.

Yeah it's a good game with great graphics (for a year old game), the controls are a little weird but nothing too bad. I recommend it if you can find it for sub $20.

I have no problem joining a match.

If you decide not to get it: CoD4, Battlefield Bad Company 1, or maybe MW2 or BFC2 if you can find them cheap.

Just brought it and its epic. SP is great. MP has alot of people and I really dont get the online system yet but its still fun. Load times are long tho

Single player is worth it alone(well apart fromabout 20 mins of it which wasn't very well thought out)

MP still enjoyable if you can find people of a similar standard. V cheap so never too late to buy Killzone 2

Its never too late to get it, its the campaign thats worth playing
