I doubt it. I mean if this were true, it would be a complete punch in the kidney for Xbox. Halo is their biggest franchise. It would be like MGS, Gran Toursimo, or FFXIII moving to Xbox from PS3.

Yeah GTA was big, but not like Gran Tourismo, FF, MGS, or Halo. Its always been very popular, but not a console defining game. Since PS3 has an awesome sale boost after the price drops, I would imagine that no other IPs will move to Xbox. There are nearly 11 million PS3s sold worldwide. IPs got nervous at first because of the PS3 sales and the fact it is harder to develop on. Sony has been spreading develpment secrets around better and the PS3 sales are strong now. Any popular IP should get a great return now of PS3, so there is not much incentive to bail.
Even if Halo 3 came to the ps3, I would not get it. I think the halo 3 is the most overrated game of all time. I would rather get another game that I would enjoy.
