Is Marvel vs Capcom 2 compatible with the PS3?

Im just wondering since I finally found somebody thats selling it locally. 85 bucks but its damn worth it....

But I sold my PS2 before I picked up the PS3, will it work on PS3? Has anyone tried?

Depends what kind of PS3 you got. It should work on the 60 and 80 GBs.

I played it a couple of days ago on my PS3 =P (60 GB).

it works perfectly fine on my originally 60GB, now 250GB PS3.

Just wanted to add that to this day no other 2D fighter compares to the sheer awesomeness of Marvel vs Capcom 2.
