Is Motorstorm going to be worth the hype?

I love the demo and play it religiously.  The game play videos look awesome. 

Will this be a game where racing around desert tracks get mundane and boring? 

 Do you plan on playing it exclusively on-line and/or will it have decent off-line game play?

Sorry for asking but with so many games coming out next month, I just want to get some feedback.

It will be more than worth it.  Look at your comment of playing the demo religiously... I play my demo more than Need for Speed Carbon (a full fledged game) and have more fun with the demo too.

For me this is my most favorite game coming until summer with the arrival of Warhawk.  I also plan to pick up Rainbow six, Lair, and a few others coming out in a few months.  But I am dying for the storm to hit....MOTORSTORM!!!!

With the amount of hype this forum's users are placing on this game, it will surely not live up to expectations. It will be a decent racer, but not as life-changing as people seem to think it will be.Teeth_Mummy
