That's pretty much why I think Battlefield: Bad Company is the best online game ever (all that plus the great implementation of environmental destruction). Also TC, keep in my mind that Battlefield 1943 (PSN game) is being released this summer and Battlefield: Bad Company 2, next winter.
God, I love the Battlefield franchise!
Ive had it for about a month now and just opened it and played it today. I honestly didnt care for it to much, I only played the online, still a much bigger fan of Warhawk. But many people seem to love the game, and Im not quite giving up on it, I still plan on playing it and hoping it will grow on me. If anything though, its only $20 so its atleast worth a shot, maybe youll be one of the people love the game.
I've had a PS3 for less than a week. I am playing Battlefield single player. Even though I've had an original Xbox for the past 7 years, I have never played Online.
My question is: Should I quit worring about being an Online Gameplay and Bad Company newbie, and just jump into the online fray?
You'll more than likely get obliterated but there's no better way to increase your skills. What you gain will translate pretty well into any other FPS you play.I've had a PS3 for less than a week. I'm laughing thinking about getting "obliterlated", which is what I am worried about. You know, getting killed before I can even pull the trigger. I like the idea of increasing my skills. I have to quit worrying about being killed quick or being a debit to any team. The more i play, and the better i should get. Online play sounds like a lot of fun. Thanks for the response. Maybe I can get one of those MRTR-5 Russian Mortar strike radios, and sit safe in a Bunker eating Lunch while calling in rain on the enemy.I've had a PS3 for less than a week. Its been said before, but yeah, BC is awesome online. Its barley any lag and I have yet to beat it in single player because all I do on that game IS the online. When it gets really late, like about 2am, there won't be a game to play though. Just be sure that if you do a customized search for games, that you look for "hard" games.
