is psn ever going to let you upgrade your sub account to a master account?

i was 16 when i made my account and our old ps3 broke so we lost the master account (my dads) because noone could remember his password or email

i was able to get my one back but my dad had to make a new account and now i cant turn the parental controls off, all the system ones are off and i still cant talk to anyone online...

i read that the master account has a parental controll thing aswell, but as i said i cant use the original master account =/

You need to set parental controls on, Sony likes to do things backwards.
