Is PSN up in Japan?

So I'm seeing a bunch of reports on twitter that PSN is back up in Japan...

Not the most reputable source so I'd like to confirm it... Any of you duders have JPN PSN accounts, if so can you try to log in with that account?

Or better so, any of you duders actually live in Japan, if so can you log on?

I think I read in a thread somewhere that the PSN for Japan was back up, but then was taken back down again becauseof a "intrusion". There is no way to confirm or deny this happened, I would guess though that should the PSN be back on in Japan there'll be some sort of press release to confirm it, and a news article on Gamespot to cover it so would go by those two sources rather than word-of-mouth and rumours/gossip.
