Is PSP getting boring?

Do you think the PSP is getting kinda boring? When was the last update and was it spactacular?????

Well I dont know. I just think there needs to be something to give the psp something that more people are going to want to buy.

at the moment, its a little boring, but its Q1, every system suffers. all the good games sneak out before christmas, and Q1 is mostly left with scarps.  psp has some good looking games coming out Q3 and Q4, look out for it.

its not that its exactly boring just not any new and good games coming out lately. last psp game i bought was MGS:PO and i havent seen anything good come out since. but im still waiting for the elder scrolls game and POP:Rival Swords.mGsMadness951

You should get R&C:  SM and Sid Meir's Pirates! if you haven't already.

THE PSP IS NOT GETTING BORING!!!  It depends on if you make it boring or not.  You do need things like a wireless network, a huge Memory card, maybe a ps3, and some friends with psps.  Now I have a wireless router and have been using it to play syphon filter online which is great, I have a huge memory card (2gb) which is sufficent for a few movies and about 5-8 cds.  As well as many photos.  I dont have a ps3 but will sometime this summer.  And the best thing is I have 4 good friends who all have psps.  We trade games and ad-hoc it from time to time. 

So its what you put into your psp that you get out of it.

I have to admit that my PSP has spent some time as little more than a paperweight for me... However, there are some upcoming titles I'm looking forward to and I have been playing lots of Me and My Katamari... which has helped increase my level of PSP love...

 The boredom thing is all a matter of perspective; its a common pitfall for any multi-platform gamer. You lose interest in one system and move on to playing another, then you get tired of the other system and return to the previous... Well, that's what I do, anyway. =P

Coming from a real PSP fan, I agree, something is totally boring with the system at it's current state. MGS:PO was awesome but it didn't do it for me. I'm not a Ratchet and Clank fan but Size Matters is looking like the only game that's pretty good for the system right now.KufuuDAI

PSP only gets boring when psp owners doesn't have that much games and think that other handhelds are better........

I have 16 games and most of them isn't finished yet.So I don't get bored.Plus Devil May Cry,Elder Scrolls and God Of War is coming to th PSP and thats not boring.

Q= quarter.

1= 1st quarter.

1st quarter = january to march.

2nd quarter= april to june ect ect

The PSP isn't boing.  Like others have said the new titles have just been lacking for right now.  But if you look through the upcoming games there are some in there that could be huge.  Also if you have multiple systems like another poster said I also go back and forth between systems.  Right now my PSP hasn't been getting much play time but also I'm waiting for a few games to come out then I'll probably be playing it while my other systems aren't getting much play time.

This is also a bad time of year to be a gamer.  The quality of games that comes on this first quater are usually not up to par as the rest of the year and no where close to the 4th quater.  As it's said this too shall pass.

I agree in a way as I don't go on my PSP much (not as much as I used to anyway) because I prefer to go on my PS2 because I have more and better games for it. I think that there is a lack of good PSP games right now and Sony needs to bring out some great titles soon to boost the PSP's reputation.

It's only games like Loco Roco, Tekken: DR, Lumines, Daxter and R&C that keep me going on my PSP atm. Thank goodness the lord has blessed the PSP with those games. :)
