Is resistance better then halo?

Resistance led me really happy...it was totally amazing.Today i had the oportunity to play halo beta and it was great but i think it cant even compete with resistance...

I think Resistance was better then Halo 2.   And if anything Resistance is the Playstations Halo-Killer.  Not that joke Killzone.

Both are really good games, but Resistance was a better overall package for me in the long run.  I don't have the 360 demo that's out now, so I can't compare to the new game though.  I'd hope that the new Halo would kick Resistance's butt, truth be told.  The higher the ante on one system, the better the other has to be to catch up and/or surpass it.

That won't be realistic since by than Resistance will be one year old game. First gen game v second gen game. Overall it seems Halo is better game or otherwise it wouldn't be best selling FPS game. Selling like 7 or 8 million copies on average. But if you ask me i think Halo franchise is one of the most over-hyped and overrated games in history of gaming.

RFOM VS Halo this question can never be truly answered because its your taste in games, if you like RFOM then thats your taste if you like Halo then thats your taste they are diff (even though halo being a game set in the future i would like to see more futuristic wepons that let me down it seems like RFOM and Halo should have swaped names with all of RFOM future like wepons) and i depends if  your a fanboy witch make your thoughts useless

not to be rude sir, but we haven't seen enough of Killzone 2 to reach any sort of verdict on it.

Why does it always have to be one over the other? This PS3 vs 360 thing is boring and old. Move on people. If you have both systems, just appreciate the games for what they are and quit making it a "vs" deal.

Besides, why do you kids compare EVERYTHING to Halo anyways? It's not like it's THE BEST game around or anything. If you do, you just bought into the hype, period. I bought Halo for PC to see what the big deal was, sure it's fun, but it's not THE BEST FPS out there. Personally I find Quake and Unreal to be FAR superior to the likes of Halo. That's why this whole hype campaign, everything is compared to Halo but the likes of Quake and Unreal.

Pffft RFOM2 and Halo4 will crush either so who cares :P

As having both consoles and Resistance and all the Halo games including the Beta, I can say that its different, but not better. Resistance reminds of COD on steroids. Halo just feels like its in a different catagory all together even though its a FPS. At the moment though I will say im enjoying Resistance more, purely because the online is awesome, and lag free...for free, while the Halo 3 beta is....more of the same ol same ol.

I love both games though, cant really pick a favorite.

Pffft RFOM2 and Halo4 will crush either so who cares :P
