Ok the one thing i do not get is why so many games these days lack split screen and if they do have it only two players can play. Now i know people love online but sometimes when u have friends over it would be nice to be able to play with each other. Microsoft has done a good job of splitscreen why cant sony follow suit. Do you guys think developers should create splitscreen in more games?

I agree more games should have split screen, me and my brother play a lot of split screen together but ther are some really good games out there that have split screen such as RE5 and Warhawk. You can play 2 people split screen online in Warhawk.

That is my biggest gripe with Killzone 2, it has no excuse for no splitscreen. Honestly devs probably just think "Hey we have online, we don't need splitscreen!"

Man that ticks me off that there is no splitscreen in Killzone 2. I guess my friends have to stick to Warhawk, at least its still a fun game. But if I have friends over to play videogames LittleBigPlanet is always the funnest game to play so I wish more games had a way to have a single-screen multi-player.

I totally agree with you, there are definitely very few splitscreen games these days. I have my PS3 at University and our internet is really bad here so online is basically out of the question. But at University there are so many people to play with on campus but no good splitscreen games to play. Besides COD4 and COD WAW of course. I wish those games were system link. I wish PS3s would system link, that would be sweet!

Sadly it seems like splitscreen is starting to become something of the past. I always enjoy playing games splitscreen with my room-mates or brother when I am home. I find it much more fun to play with someone else in the room rather that somebody in who the hell knows where. Most games see online or purely online co-op an excuse to not include split-screen because they just assume that anyone with a sibling in the same house has a ps3 of their own... Just stupid

How can we voice our opinions with the developers because this needs to be brought up.
