I thought the game stormrise actually looked kind of interesting but before purchasing it i just want to know is it really that bad of a game and what are the flaws in it? And i would also like to know the good things about it......if there are any... Thanks in advance!

its not, its certainly not great but its decent, and it seems that others like it aot aswell, i give it a 7 as its a very balanced RTS game with a good twist of verticality which is different as it gives you more freedom. i give it a 7 possibly a 6 as some problems with whip select and bugs.

What game are you playing? The path-finding is atrocious, stationed units will still walk around randomly or teleport around, the shooting animations don't work most of the time so you have no idea why units are dealing or receiving damage, you can't order units to focus-fire, the dialogue is horrible, the camera is problematic, especially in-doors and whip select is a total nightmare late-game when you have a lot of units. Some people are just too lenient with their judgment imo, if this isn't a textbook example of a buggy, broken game, I don't know what is. 3.5

I'm not saying you can't enjoy the game, but it is just unfinished and broken in its current state. For me, that should not meet the requirements of a 7. Also, I'm just using this as an example, because people tend not to really use the full 1-10 scale and instead give every game they sorta like a 10 and if they don't like it, maybe even if it's a quality product but not their style, it's a 1. Of course overly exaggerated, but a trend.

first lol if this wasnt an opinion based forum, this wouldnt exist haha. second, i wish i didnt spend my 5.45 renting this game. secondly benderunit is stating more than opinions. i mean, if units teleporting and getting stuck atrociously in random places isnt buggy,.... then neither are ants. IMO, its a 4.0, and that might be to nice considering how frustrated i got about half way through dealing with the gay wip selecting. but whateva

i would personally give it a 6 but a patch is coming out soon that supposed to fix most of it if that happens then its a 7

I don't think that it deserves a 2.5, but I wouldn't give it much higher. Maybe 4.5.
