you can find sf alpha anthologies for around $20 and it has sf alpha 1 ,2,3 and playstaion version of 3 with guile in it and arcade graphics. you can also install the enitre disk to completely cut out the load times!! if you got a ps3 with bc or even a regular ps2 id recomend this disk over the download versions
