is the EYE really worth the money????

well....i want to get it cause i dont have a bluetooth mic..and its quite expensive...but ive heard bad things about the EYE as a mic saying how its really noisy and not clear and gets a lot of background unwanted sounds on the other end?

also....is it worth the money? wat other stuff can u do with it besides video chat

The Eye would be worth it just for use in Burnout Paradise. For those of you who are unaware, if you have the Eye hooked up whilst playing Burnout Paradise, and you take someone out or you get taken out, the game will immediately take a snap shot of you and the other person's face and send it to the other person!:D

Think of the ugly/funny faces one might make when performing the ultimate takedown, or getting crushed by someone else. Surely we've all made one hell of an ugly/funny face and it will be hilarious to see other's reactions.

Well I have it and used it as a mic a few times on resistance online. So far I haven't heard any complaints about my voice quality but then agian I don't think anyone really cares anyway. One thing to know if you play online is other players voices come out of your receiver/TV speakers & I don't like that because I have a high quality system and hearing pubesent teenagers voices out of my expensive speakers upsets me for some reason.

I used it on CoD4 once, didn't hear anyone complain about it during the games I played. I used it to video chat with a friend, and the quality was really nice, as was the video quality. I bought the Eye for $37 online, it was the Eye itself, I didn't get it with the Eye of Judgemen card game (didn't really interest me). i'll try playing some games of CoD4 again and ask if anyone has trouble hearing me.
