I havnt used it for ages so when i did the PS3 didnt have all the updates it does now, but i remeber it being at quite a normal speed, though some times it seemed to freeze on a page...
Well before the last PS3 Firmware update it was really slow for me. But after the newest updateIt seems to be really quick. For me anyway.
