Is there a cap on amount of times PSN purchases can be "shared"?

I was thinking of getting WipeOut HD, Ratchet & Clank: QFB and Street Fighter HD with a couple friends and splitting the costs.

Is there an amount of times the sharing limit gets capped, and how many, and has anybody experienced this cap, or can provide any proof or link about the subject?

Also, are the above games shareable?

It doesn't apply to all games though (ex: doesn't work with warhawk), so check around before you make a purchase.

So no matter how many times my PS3 gets busted (theoritically) I can redownload the stuff I bought as long as that same PS3 gets fixed?Zidaneski

Well you probably could plug in a usb to your ps3 and then move it onto pc for unlimited downloads any where.
