Is there a way to currently view your PS Store list from a PC?

Is there a way to currently view the download list of your purchases and content you have downloaded from PS Store on a PC through PSN at the moment?

I know for a fact I have done so before in the past, and I was just trying to look though my downloads and purchases and I could nit find a link at PSN to take me there. The Account Setttings link took me to an error page that said down for maintence. I'm not sure if thats were its at and its just inaccessable or I am looking in the wrong place.

I think you can do the same thing using the qriocity.com website (though I'm not sure if it is region specific) (Also, sorry it isn't letting me link it). You can see your transaction history, anyway.

There's a way I've found, although it is a bit long winded. I use some Sony software called Media Go for my Sony Ericsson mobile phone which lets me manage the music on the my phone and PC etc.

Anyway, with Media Go you can sign into the store (with your PSN details), and although it looks like you can only download and purchase PSP games, you can certainly view your full download list from the store.
