Yes it will. Just make sure you have the WLAN switch on the top of the PSP to the right.

yeah, it made me smile, but not quite a laugh outa me that easy.
seriously, what do people think the WLAN button on the top means? and you could read the owners manual...........dang........that does sound really hard to do.
the wireless internet actually works pretty good for how much the psp costs. but not all internet sites will work very well (since it's not running IE or Mozilla Firefox)
