Is thier a positive side to Activision not putting games on Sonys Platform ?

We know thier history of been dodgy when it comes to the PS3 and recently theres been rumours of threat to shut its PS3 servers of BlackOps down. Now would it make sense for Activision to suit itself and stop producing games for the PS3 and just concentrate on other platforms.

Among other games that would be happy to share that large base of people looking for alternatives. I also know thiers a sort of partnership between Sony and EA and who knows,Battlefield may just be Sonys COD

just like the socom series, the killzone series is never going to be on the xbox and if activision did that then they would lose alot of sales so i doubt that activision will make that mistake

Not going to happen. Battlefield still sells MANY more games on the 360 than the PS3, so EA would have to be either A)downright foolish, B)paid a lot of money by Sony, or both of those. But I guarantee it won't happen. And Black Ops's servers will not be shut down.

Instead of calling that blogger who spread the Activision rumor full of crap, I'd instead ask "Why would Activision want to do such a thing?". If you can give a solid motive, then I'd love to hear it.Ninja_Zombie83

Seriously though you really think their gonna shut down their biggest money maker on the ps3? Why even if it becomes a cheaters paradise which it eventually its still raking in a ton of money for them. Also do you really think their gonna stop making games for the ps3? Why i just dont see the reasoning behind it have you even thought this over.
