Is this morally and or legally right?

Legal in the sense of PSN and Sony download rights.

If my brother bought GT5 on the PSN on his ps3, is it alright that I can download it on mine? He rooms with his friend and he has a PS3 but he still uses the same account that's on mine (ours). Seeing how he is my brother, and he bought the game, does it matter if I download it on ours? And play it at the same time. Its not like Steam is it?

You can share it with up to 5 PS3s. Unless that is, it has restrictions like Warhawk.

already tried game sharing GT5P. It has restrictions just like warhawk...so don't waste your time downloading that enormous file like i did....freham2001

GT5P can only be used by the purchasing account. So lets say your account is XX, then an account by the name of YY cant use it.kenshinhimura16
