Is this nick in use on PSN? (EU)

Simple as that. I'm about to buy a PS3 soon and would love to know if I need to come up with a new nick. I registered my Xbox online on this January with the same nick, so there is hope that it's available... I tried Google and some online Q&A sites but could not find an answer in any of the forms I molded this question into... too many words to swap or change completely I guess.

So, anyone know how to see if my favorite nickname is currently in use on PSN? I live in Finland so if the nicknames are exclusive to NA/EU, need to check the EU ones.

if you want to check before getting your lovely new PS3, you can create an account on the PS website hereand doing this it will let you know if the username is available

Yay, picking up my PS3 tomorrow! Then I'll see if it's taken for myself since the maintenance is still on...

Ordered inFamous I & II at the same time (and got a cheap controller too - inFamous II bundled with red Dualshock 3 for 70 euros; controller goes for 50 euros and the game 50 euros or more unbundled :D), sadly only the second part was found at the place I got my PS3 from, so I'll get it tomorrow, and the first part in mail in approx. 3-7 days :/
