It's fake, the closed got extended to May, don't expect a public beta before then.
Actually, here's a funny note, it ends when the closed beta was supposed to end, like, exactly, I'm guessing since the closed was extended, for MANY VALID REASONS, they'll update it to reflect the end of the current closed beta.
If you change your computer clock to more than 20 hours from how, it resets itself, I set my clock to march 20, 3am, and it said over 364 days left :DAndrew_Xavier
You can do that with every counter on the internet :P. A ton of us had fun waiting for the "epic"(geesh) GTA4 trailer when that countdown was running.. "OMG! 2 years untill the trailer comes out!! woo" and stuff like that :P
