Is this true about GTA IV?

Based on a news article from news.spong.com, (which was linked to N4G.com) there will be exclusive content to the XBOX360 version. This gets me a bit angry but I hope it's false. Can anyone confirm this?

Here's the excerpt of the news article:

"OK, now for some real suspension of disbelief: Both the (Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 versions will "likely be identical". However, the Xbox 360 version will have exclusive down-loadable episodic (size-able) content. So, not identical at all then - what with there being exclusive content for the 360.  "

They say why there won't be planes in GTA IV in the GameInformer article and it sounds sensible to me, and now I don't think the planes are very needed.

Then i guess we should start making games about killing Germans, terrorists (a few of these are praised as a freedom fighters in their countries) and other races. 

So a President being pissed because they portray their country as **** (Mexico) on a game (graw) is stupid, but banning Planes from a game is being sensible.

Merc's 2 is in Venezuela, no one here is complaining about how the people there feel like they are being labeled as criminals.

Like people say "it's a game, it's fictional, get over it!"

So i guess next step is to take away Subway trains from "the getaway" (if it has subways) because the people in England feel its offensive.

Yea they said that the ps3 would get exclusive content aswell, but people forgot about that.
