K+M will always be superior to a controller, but the deciding factor will be the player's skill and experience. The best players at K+M will almost win every time over the best controller players.CJL182
so basically, ur suggesting that i get a keyboard and mouse, right??
Get the fragFX thing, or a real mouse/keyboard (not a touchpad). The fragFX (wireless) is $60, the wired is $50. It might be $70 and $60 though.
A wireless keyboard....dunno how much those go for.
Anyway, if you're using a controller, you can find a lobby which is controller only. Each lobby says "controller only", "both", and "keyboard and mouse only".

Has that been confirmed already? because that would be pretty sweet...

Yes, epic confirmed that. Its all a matter of skill. If your good, it doesn't matter.l8bitz
Well - not exactly, there are manuevers you can do with a mouse and keyboard that aren't physically possible with a game pad. Like I said - NO gamepad is capable of 180 degree turn in less than one second. As all PC players know this is a manuveur easily mastered and gives a HUGE advantage to someone with a keyboard and mouse. And that's just one manuever a gamepad is not physically capable of.
I am happy to see that Epic is going to seperate the lobby's for gamepad players and MS/KBD players. That's the only way this would work - otherwise all of the gamepad players would quit playing too soon as it would be a complete slaughter and be utterly frustrating for them.
