is warhawk able to play 4player split screen ONLINE?

hey guys, i remeber a while ago somone saying the game is able to play 4 player split screen while online. wel i was about to buy the game last night mainly because of the split screen online thing when i read the details on the psn and it says 4 player split screen OFFLINE. so all im basically asking is if warhawk is or is not 4player split online.
