Did you set it in discoverable mode? It should be in the manual if you still ahve it but basically you hold down the button on the headset for about 5 seconds until the flashing blue light becomes solid and then your ps3 will detect it easily and be able to sync it. you can probably also get some help from

www.jabra.com/warhawk

Hope I could help.

How are you trying to sync it? Most of the times the people I helped weren't holding down the power button long enough to make the blue light STAY ON and go into sync mode. I even got caught with that the first time.

First charge it.

Then hold it up close to the ps3 and try to sync it. The first time sync takes like 15sec for the ps3 to detect and register it. Once you've done it, it works fine.

That manual says 5 seconds but ou have to hold down the button longer than that. Once it's discovered, I believe you have to go into accessory settings and select the jabra headset.

That's a problem with Warhawk's voice communication protocols, not the headset itself.

how good is this headset?i could have gotten it for 14.99 used. but i chose a brand new headset instead for 19.99. the brand name of the one i chose is emerson.

the jabra headset came i out n 2007, so i figured this new one just released should be equally as good.

its good you didnt get the jabra one. its not good at all. poor quality. a new one was definatley the smarter purchase.

I disagree, everyone understands me just fine, no one has ever complained about my mic.

I believe to sync it, you must first turn it on so the blue light is flashing, then plug it into the ps3 with that little cord. The ps3 should then recognize it, I believe.

My Jabra is a piece of sh*t, it doesn't connect with my Droid Incredible, my PS3, didn't connect with my LG EnV2 OR Env3, but then again neither did my Motorola headset. Maybe it's just me but I think bluetooth is either 100% garbage, or just isn't flawless just yet because two different brands giving me trouble tells me that it's a waste of time and money on all accounts.
