It's what i use to game it's sick, like perfect for gaming but I wouldn't suggest using it for a cellphone. On a side note, Lego guy what do you mean you prefere the ps eye? You can use that as a online mic:|?
been using it pretty much everyday since feb. only thing is i had to superglue the earpiece back together where the plastic part meets the rubber part you can move

Yeah, the PS EYE has a built in mic, and a pretty long cord, so I don't have to go through that delay of turning it on, and I tend to have voice chats with my friends. Also fun with the editing program you can get off the PS store, made specifically for the PS EYE.
It gets the job done...and thats all that matters. I wish the battery life was longer but it's probably my fault for not turning it off when done with it

I have no clue if it works good or not. When I first got it, I was talking and getting responses, but I have no clue how to tell when it is on and set right. I try talking and nobody answers. I tried hitting the button and talk and still nothing. I have tried talking while holding it in and still never get a response. I finally gave up and the damn thing has been collecting dust for about four months now.
Its A great Mic Works Great Easy to connect. I Have been using for all of my games works great(but i am going to buy the new Socom so i will have a new mic)
