Ratchet, he seems to have way more weapons and gadgets. And Clank would probably beat Daxter. Then again, I've never played any of the J & D games.

Jak because Ratchet ain't **** without his weaponry while Jak can hold his own regardless.

Obviously Jak. He can hold his own regardless of weapons; freeze time, heal himself, literally kill everything around him. Ratchet has no chance, no matter his fancy gadgets(: But I'd have to give it to Clank if it were between him and Daxter(:
