can anyone with a japaneas acount give me the details needed to creat one beacuse after i select japan in the country option every thing turns to japaneas

Im guessing by account you mean PSN account. Creating a japanese PSN account is simple, Its just like making a account wherever you are from but lieing on the spot where you enter your address. Enter a japanese address and you will have access to the japanese store.

You dont have to change your whole system language to Japanase to do it. Also you say everything turns Japanase, you can try and find your way to the system settings and set the systems language back to English.
