Gamespot Review:

Now I picked this up with very high hopes and started off loving the video sequences as it just brings so much life into the game..

I was a little sceptical at first because in battle the characters kinda look cheasy..However it doesnt get in the way and it doesnt bother me so much anymore.

The Game itself is similar to FFT but is not the same ..and that is a GOOD thing because even though FFT was amazing we dont want the same game. I was a little disapointed at the fact that there are no specific job upgrades but I think it ois fo rthe better as you aquire skills whilst in battle or you can get common ones in the shops.

As for the difficulty: I say it is PERFECT I mean its not to hard not to easy as I have lost 3 times now and im only on the 5th mission! The objectives make it exciting as its not just kill everyone its varries to kill th eleader or escape from battle and so on.l

Everything looks wonderfull as well..the attacks looks great and movement are just as good

STORY: not to far along yet but it seems very promising..ill update this later when I beat it (most likely in a few months or more xD...college)

So overall I would say if you like FFT or you like stratagy RPG's than believe the hype and get this GAME ..its only $30 right now and its brand new!

AND the skill system is really FUN because you start off only having 3 spaces for skills, spells etc and as you lvl up you get more room! That adds more complexity as you cant just put a bunch of skills on one player

there has been one thing that bothered me and I DONT understand this...

The mission objective is excape from Battle..now instead as i was heading toward the exit I killed all the enemies ..but the mission didnt end I had to keep moving my character until they were in the correct space to leave...its kind of annoying but its NOT that big of a deal...just thought I should point that out...

I believe as of this moment, that Jeanne D' Arc is the best RPG for the PSP on the market.

Or at least till Final Fantasy: Crisis Core comes out that is... ;)

Yeah ..indeed, the videos really keep me into this game, well I would play it regardless but it really makes it that much better
