I've heard the hype and watched the PSN trailer but it honestly didn't entice me. Is the gameplay similar to Flower? The trailer didn't show much of anything really.
It's astonishing. Everything works towards its immensely appealing aesthetic: the music, the glossy sand, the delicate movement of the character, etc. The co-op is such a great idea. I like that there isn't any word-to-word communication; makes the experience unique. And those other environments (the ones that aren't in the desert) you discover are just so pretty.
I downloaded Journey but don't feel Im worthy to play it today. Will do on Friday because Dat Fri feelin + Journey + candle lighting = a match made in heaven.
All I can say is that if I can give 2 1/2 hour long/downloadable games GOTY I would so give Journey that privalege. The entire time you play through it you have this sense of exploration and thrill, combined with the beautiful art design and music which sync together to create one of the greatest experiences anyone can ever have. I can't quite describe it, but it's definitely a roller coaster of emotions.

Why would I need to rest? The object of the game is to get to the mountain with the light on it. I went straight along the linear path. There wasn't much to explore

What is there to find though? The power up things to make your scarf longer? I found 4 or 5 of those anyway and I never needed more.
I was thinking about downloading it, but still unsure if I should. I have a laundry list of games to finish before I should get anymore.DingoAteUrBaby7
The game is only an hour and a half long. It won't get in the way of other games. Althouhg I think $15 for that short of a game is kind of a ripoff
When I have a bit more money floating around I'm definitely going to pick this up. It looks amazing and the idea of playing with a stranger is really compelling and interesting. Can't wait.
