i really dont think there are any. Maybe disgaea 3 but not sure thats what you are looking for. Unless you import some japanese games, you only have psp jrpgs to play. I may be mistaken, but im sure if there were any i would have picked them up myself already lol
I played the FF4 complete collection recently and really enjoyed it. It's a pretty decent remake with new sound and graphics but keeps the original style. A lot of content for the £6 I paid for it too. If you want something more tactical, FF Tactics is pretty awesome too.
Disgaea 3, Persona 4 (when it comes out), and PSP games are all there is. Oh, and PS1 games too, whenever System Software 1.80 finally comes out. But as far as Vita only games are concerned, yeah, it's pretty much just Disgaea 3 and Persona 4 (again, when it comes out) for now.
