June 11th, Reasons Why It Won't Be The Agency

1. The Agency was already announced.

2. The Agency isn't limited to just the PS3. It's being developed for PC as well.

3. The new announcement is still under embargo, hence there would have been no discussion over the game yet, but IGN has a full interview with a member from SOE Seattle. No names hidden, he goes into plenty of detail about the game.

4. That's it.

Since the game is still under embargo, I'm expecting a brand new IP that hasn't been announced yet. -Crosses fingers for Team Ico project-

Up untill now the most popular rumor is that its going to be about Killzone 2.

We'll all just have to wait and see.

We know it's going to be a game. They said it was real time. That, to me, hints at Killzone but at least we know it HAS to be a game. 

What if (and this is a HUGE if) by real time they're talking about streaming video of what your friends are playing at that time?

For instance, if your buddy is playing Resistance online and he keeps claiming he's awesome and everything, you just select his name and pick like stream or something and you can watch him play in "real time" lol

it's always been June 11th.

and I don't think it will be The Agency either.  IGN has already posted about an interview they had with the development team.  So that game wasn't being kept secret by the "embargo".

So it has to be another game.

Uh, it would have to be something exclusive I think.. not cross platform of any kind.. no PC, no porting to the PS3.. a whole brand new project exclusive to the PS3.. and isnt the project offset multiplat? I'm solely hoping on early Killzone teaser footage, or Team Ico's new projects

sony has bought ALL the rights to hallo and halo 3 wil now be for the ps3 only now that they have ALL the rightsanytime any microfot console detects a halo game it instantly wipes the ROM clean. that would be something xbox owners could only dream.

Yeah, but honestly, I don't think that's anything to really brag about. It's a cool feature, but it's not a deciding factor for someone choosing between PS3 or 360.

I keep remembering 'something 360 gamers only dreamed they had' and I really don't think that's it.

It won't be Killzone 2 i can promise you that, the developers are already talking about it, and they are 'unveiling' it at E3. E3 only. Unless it is footage of killzone 2 then maybe.

I'm hoping it to be either

- Crysis for the PS3

- Some totally crazy new game

- GT 5

- Mass Effect and Halo for the ps3 haha nar jst kiddin, hu wants halo for ps3 anyways? :? lol

yeah dam it Monday whats taking so long lol, we need to put our heads together and brainstorm what Sony is trying to bring out for us or we can just wait while biting or nails down to the bone in anticipation

Just a typo is my guess. Kind of wierd sony would choose next monday of all the days to announce something. I guess we will have to just wait and see. I hope I'm wrong.

i think it shenmue 3 am2 said that they were gona do a shenmue for next gen in 2005shenmue 1 & 2 & 3 on 1 disc they didnt say which console it was coming to but ps3 sounds wright

Its actually going to be a combination of games, R:FOM 2, God of War 3, Shadow of Collosus 2, and there all gonna be release june 12. LOL

No, I actually think that it will be something about home, and im trying not to be too excited cause I feel that I will just end up getting let down (Nothing against SONY, its just that nothing can live up to this amount of hype).
