I bought the Collector's edition of SC4 and theres was a card that gave you free downloadable content for costumes I presume. I don't have internet for my PS3, but I was thinking of maybe just going to my friend's apartment and just steal off of someone's wireless. I just want a confirmation if its worth wasting my time getting and what exactly are they giving you?
The only DLC besides wallpapers for SC4 right now is some armor pack (and maybe a couple weapons) with several different armors that can be equipped on your characters in the character creation screen. Sorry, I don't have the collector's edition, but just wanted to let you know what the DLC is since no one else had responded.
If it's not gonna be a big hassle I'd say go download. If it's free go for it.
