Well I finally got a chance to check the provided link and it says I'm enrolled in the Public Warhawk Beta. Does this mean I'm in? I am from Canada soI guess it's not just for US if I really am in.

Same here, it says it in Services as well but I live in Ontario Canada. A guy from Egypt got in too, so
I guess it's worlwide.
