Okay first I do NOT have the internet hooked to my ps3. Now after saying that I wanted to knw where (or if) I can get zaeed? I heard he was only available after u went online. Which is the only reason I mentioned my internet status. Thanks guys.
Zaeed is part of a DLC pack. Meaning you have to download that pack off the internet. If you bought the PS3 version, you get it for free including the other DLC packs. In short, no you can't get Zaeed without the internet because you download it from the Playstation store. I would suggest trying to figure out how to get an internet connection. Otherwise, I don't really know how you can get it. If you can't get it though, you're not missing that much in terms of Zaeed.
