Just bought Aliens vs Predator tonight !

OMG...

this game SUCKS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm a huge AVP fan since Predator 1 back in the days, i own every DVD/Blu-Ray of the franchise. I really thought "man this is going to be plain awesome !"

This game is a PS2 game with improved graphics.. I played every campaign and i could not stand this game. Bad framerate, bad graphics.. i have a full 5.1 1000$ audio system and the sound was horrible. Controls are bad, cinematics are bad... This really felt like an outdated game.

VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED !

After Shellshock 2: Blood Trails, Rogue Warrior and Aliens vs. Predator.. Rebellion Developments just signed their death warrant...

So yeah i lost 59,99... i'll have to sell it online tomorrow...sigh...

DANG, Rebellion made Shell Shock 2 also????

They have released 3 bad games in one gen??? not even one decent or sleeper hit?

Should have tried the demo first. I knew when i played it, it was not going to be my sort of thing. i loved the bleeping noise for approaching enemies when you are a marine but that was it. i'm waitng for Alien : Colonial Marine. That sounds way better and it isn't by Rebelion.

I bought it yesterday and think its great guess its down to individuals opinions

You should've tried the multiplayer demo first, it was enough to let me know the game sucks. But then again, you probably weren't able to find an online match because not enough people were playing.I tried it with a few friends.

I must agree that this game is not at all done right. But one of the few good things about it is the survivor mode. Thinkof it as Zombies on WaW but with marines and Aliens.

Now that is tense and fun.

5 minutes into the demo and I said "this demo just cost them 1000's of preorders and eventual buys" it was horrible beyond imagination land:)

I've rented it for a week and personally, I like it, though there's one thing that I totally hate. I'm always playing my single player campaigns at the hardest difficulty level and when you do that in Aliens vs. Predator, you have no checkpoint althrough the mission! So if you **** up when trying to kill the last enemy of the level, it's back to square one, buddy!

But apart from that, I find the game to be quite enjoyable.
