Just bought my PS3! Tips needed!

I'm now officialya PS3 owner!

I got CoD4 and PES2008 along with it. I love CoD4, it seems amazing! I'll be going back for more games asap! :P

I would like some tips of what to do now that I got my PS3. How can I start playing online and downloading stuff? What accesories are a must? Also I bought a second Sixaxis but it doesn't come with a USB wire. Can I buy a second one?

Any good sites you people know with downloads or other interesting stuff?

Cool mitiadous what's your PSN id? Mine's lv501st and I think Lambo's is Lambo 777 add me to your friends list.

Try these sites they're great for PS3 themes. Basically they change your background and theicons on the XMB. e.g. a Star wars version will have a Star Wars background and then icons will be light sabres, stormtroopers and so on. I spent at least 2 hoursmessing around this last night.

Hmm, I got one! Why don't you go back to the store, return your PS3, and buy a 360.....yea a much better purchase. For download and online, get a 360 and get XBOX LIVE, and ACTUALLY GOOD SERVICE. And for a controller, buy a 360 and get a wireless controller....yea see how easy that would be?

Fanboy, anyways you will need to scroll all the way to the end of you XMB and thats how you sign up for PSN network bluetooth headset is a must if you want to play online and talk to people. i dont have a second wire but i just use my pc usb to charge when i want. have fun COD4 is fun i am starting to get annoyed with the online but its still good.

I got the 40GB. I don't care about BC since my PS2 is still perfectly fine!

For the internet, I'm using the same cable as the one I'm using for my laptop.

So I'll check for updates first and then go to the PS network icon.
